Jorge Lorenzo - Early days Jorge Lorenzo got on motorcycle for the first time at age of three, competing in his first ever minicross race several months later. Five years later, Jorge Lorenzo started winning titles - he won the Balearic title at age of 8. In following year, Jorge Lorenzo took titles in minicross, trial, minimoto and junior motocross on Balearic island.
Jorge Lorenzo entered world of road racing through 50cc category in 1997, winning the Aprilia 50cc Cup in following year (age 11).
