Jorge Lorenzo put another fantastic performance in Brno today and scored 7th victory of the season. Lorenzo was 3rd in first corner, but soon he found his rhythm and took the lead, staying in front untill the end of the race. Dani Pedrosa was the only rider being able to get close to the pace of Lorenzo, but his pace was not consistent enough to really challenge for the victory, so he had to settle in second place. Casey Stoner overtook Ben Spies for 3rd place and stayed there until chequered flag.

Ben Spies had fantastic start from second position, but was unable to stay in second place for a long time, finishing race in decent 4th place. Valentino Rossi had tough race and instead to fight for podium, he struggled to disappointing 5th place. Nicky Hayden ended race in 6th ahead of compatriot Colin Edwards.

Tough race for 8th place was won by Marco Melandri, who edged Barbera, De Puniet and Simoncelli. Aleix Espargaro and Alex De Angelis were last two riders to finish Brno MotoGP race.

After Brno, Jorge Lorenzo has fantastic lead over Pedrosa of 77 points, making 2010 MotoGP championship outcome even more predictable...
